Yep – we require a minimum 3.5 GPA for business majors and 3.2 for STEM majors. We know there are exceptional people that don’t meet this requirement, but they’re hard to find, and most high finance and management consulting firms won’t look at those students unless their GPA is up to par.

No, and it’s extremely rare to receive sponsorship from a top firm, given the availability of students domestically.
